I haven't exercised in years — is this for me?

Yes. In fact, this is exactly who we work best with. Starting from a low baseline means there's a lot of potential to build from. We've worked with people in their 70s who hadn't exercised in decades and seen remarkable results.

I have an old injury or chronic pain — will exercise make it worse?

This is the most common concern and it's completely understandable. With the right approach, almost certainly not. The initial assessment is designed to understand your specific situation so we can build a programme that works with your body, not against it.

Am I too old for strength training?

There's no upper age limit. Movement Possible specialises in working with people in their 60s, 70s and 80s. Getting stronger is highly recommended for older adults for healthy longevity and fall prevention.

How much does movement therapy cost in Towcester?
